Dear Sir A note to express my appreciation to your staff for making our stay at the hotel in April a very pleasant one. Having visited the hotel on a number of occasions for dinner, it appealed as a destination close to home. I had previously given a celebration package to family members as a gift and they were delighted with their stay. We were celebrating a number of family occasions, particularly a 50th wedding annoiversary. I don't believe I could have chosen a better venue. The accommodation was delightful. I had contacted members of your staff earlier to arange a dinner booking and tennis court bookings etc and they were most helpful. The meals were beautifully presented and the waiting staff most pleasant and efficient. The hotel surrounds and foyers are a credit to your staff as is the way in which guests (in our situation, 10) were treated. Please passon my personal thanks to a reception staff member (sorry, I cannot recall her name), however I am sure you will identify her, she has a most attractive accent from her native South Africa. Her skills and friendliness were outstanding. I would be delighted to recommend Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters as a first class venue. Caloundra is very fortunate to have such a gem.
